The aroma is elegant and complex, highlighting delicate notes of cinnamon, clove, and nuts such as hazelnut and walnut, alongside red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and prune. Hints of caramel, brown vanilla, and dark chocolate reflect its extended barrel aging. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with flavors of red fruits, caramel, chocolate, and subtle wood, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Ideal with chocolate mousse or enjoyed as a refined digestive.

The aroma is rich and expressive, featuring honey, delicate citrus notes like crystallized orange, preserved fruits such as cherry and peach, and the sweet, cooked agave complemented by caramel, vanilla, and almond nuances from barrel aging. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with layers of preserved fruit, caramel, and vanilla flavors, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with pasta or a grilled steak.

On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with layers of caramel, wood, dark chocolate, and subtle vanilla, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Ideal with chocolate desserts, crepes, or enjoyed as a digestive. This añejo was recognized as a 2013 Gold Medal Winner in the Añejo category.
