Elegant and Silky

Eight-year-old, 100% blue agave, 40% ABV, aged 48 months in French oak barrels. Visually, it is crystalline with a clean golden color, enriched by coppery and red nuances. The aroma is elegant and complex, highlighting delicate notes of cinnamon, clove, and nuts such as hazelnut and walnut, alongside red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and prune. Hints of caramel, brown vanilla, and dark chocolate reflect its extended barrel aging. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with flavors of red fruits, caramel, chocolate, and subtle wood, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Ideal with chocolate mousse or enjoyed as a refined digestive.
