Binè
At Binè they believe in the value of time.
The time of the seasons that flow and allow the grapes to ripen and their wine to become great. The time of experience that they have acquired over the years, during which they have dedicated themselves to production with passion and determination.
Binè is a family-run winery owned by Luciano and Michelangelo Ghio and Luciano's wife, Rosy Carlevaro. The winery is located in Piedmont, in Novi Ligure (AL), a small town in the GAVI DOCG wine area. In addition to Novi, there are only 10 municipalities in which the production disciplinary allows the cultivation of Gavi DOCG grapes. Welcome to the world of Binè.

Vibrant & Distinctive
Bright aromas of crisp Fuji apple blend with hints of almond skin and fresh garden herbs. On the palate, delicate florals and dried lemon peel weave through vibrant orchard fruit, lifted by precise acidity. Fresh, full-bodied, and beautifully expressive, this wine captures the authentic character of Gavi — lively, balanced, and irresistibly drinkable.
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect match with salads, white meats, and fish dishes.

Elegant & Refreshing
Michelangelo is a refined BRUT Spumante by Binè, crafted using the Martinotti method after 6 months of aging on the lees. Made from the Cortese grape, it combines the freshness of the variety with the elegance of a delicate, fine perlage. Named after one of the founding brothers of Binè, Michelangelo is the perfect companion for classy aperitifs or festive occasions. Its crisp character makes it ideal for pairing with tapas, light seafood dishes, or snacks, and best enjoyed chilled between 6°-8°C.
