Primo Ottobre is a complex and elegant wine, the pinnacle of the Binè philosophy, expressed in a Barbera. Produced from a few selected rows of vines, it offers a wine with great body and structure. The Binè brothers, Niccolò and Lorenzo, have succeeded in crafting exceptional red wines from the southern part of Piemonte, where Barbera—a vibrant cousin of Nebbiolo, the region’s king—shines. Primo Ottobre is a full-bodied Barbera, with a profile that’s both intriguing and mouthwatering. Harvested on the 1st of October, the grapes are aged for 18 months in oak barrels, adding layers of licorice, pepper, and tobacco to its bouquet. Perfect with hearty dishes, this wine offers a finish that lingers with satisfaction.
