The Callegari family’s winemaking story began in 1955, when grandfather Emilio planted the family’s first three hectares of vines. The business was later continued by his son Gino and, in the 1980s, expanded by Emilio, who planted new varieties and began producing wine in the family cellar. From 1992 onward, continued investment and the acquisition of new vineyards transformed the small family operation into the 21-hectare estate it is today. In 2020, the family began developing a new project to bring their tradition into a new generation, culminating in the creation of the Sorelle Callegari brand in 2023.
