In 2016, winemakers and owners, Marco and Swantje, returned to Langhe from living abroad to reclaim Marco’s family vineyards and put them to good use. La Vedetta winery is situated in one of the most exceptional areas of the Barbaresco denomination in terms of its location, microclimate, and morphology of the vineyards. La Vedetta wines stand out for their simplicity and true Barbaresco heritage.

Langhe is seated near some of the most famous appellations in Italy, Nebbiolo being the grape varietal - arguably the best lighter grape of Italy.
