Cantina Pelassa
Their vineyard park reflects a deep respect for the land through thoughtful agronomic practices. The distinctive terrain is a treasured asset, and they are committed to honoring its unique qualities. Instead of standardizing their products, they focus on highlighting the exceptional characteristics of each grape variety, vintage, and terroir. This approach means that every bottle of wine offers a unique nuance, which is part of its inherent charm.
Since the 2000s, Pelassa Winery has been managed by the founder's sons, Davide and Daniele. Davide, who has a natural talent for working with tractors, is responsible for ensuring the best grapes make it to the winery. Meanwhile, Daniele represents the face of Pelassa Wine, focusing on the commercial and communicative aspects of the business. Together, they lead a forward-thinking winery, blending tradition with innovation.

Elegant & Complex
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before undergoing a micro-oxygenation process to soften the tannins and enhance the varietal aromas. The wine is then aged in steel tanks and subsequently bottled. It features a ruby red color with violet hues when young and a vinous, fruity bouquet. The palate is pleasant with moderate acidity, offering a persistent and notably harmonious profile.
