Sophisticated & Complex
Produced in the historic San Lorenzo Cru in Verduno, this Barolo is traditionally vinified with 15-20 days of fermentation at 26°C after de-stemming and soft crushing. The must is pumped over using the dèlastage system to enhance color and aroma extraction. After malolactic fermentation, it ages in Slavonian and French oak tonneaux with weekly top-ups. Featuring velvety, refined tannins, this Barolo expresses the elegance typical of Verduno wines, with notes of spice and rose petals. Rich yet exceptionally refined, it offers excellent aging potential when stored properly.
