– 100% blue agave, eight years old, 40% ABV, aged 28 months in selected Bourbon barrels from a single barrel. Visually, it is crystalline with a clean golden-yellow color, enriched by golden nuances and a full-bodied presence. The aroma is expressive and refined, highlighting delicate notes of bitter chocolate, spices, and wood, along with cooked agave and subtle sweetness, complemented by hints of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, and tobacco from barrel aging. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with flavors of wood, chocolate, and gentle sweet spices, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Ideal with chocolate desserts, crepes, or enjoyed as a digestif.
