Ni•Lo is a fine and elegant wine, in which the typical freshness of Barbera is balanced by an excellent body and a remarkable softness. On the nose, the fruity notes of wild berries and strawberries, and floral aromas of red rose stand out.

Primo Ottobre is a complex and elegant wine, the pinnacle of the Binè philosophy, expressed in a Barbera. Produced from a few selected rows of vines, it offers a wine with great body and structure. The Binè brothers, Niccolò and Lorenzo, have succeeded in crafting exceptional red wines from the southern part of Piemonte, where Barbera—a vibrant cousin of Nebbiolo, the region’s king—shines. Primo Ottobre is a full-bodied Barbera, with a profile that’s both intriguing and mouthwatering. Harvested on the 1st of October, the grapes are aged for 18 months in oak barrels, adding layers of licorice, pepper, and tobacco to their bouquet. Perfect with hearty dishes, this wine offers a finish that lingers with satisfaction.

The Il Gavi Riserva Vigna Gambarotta is the new Cortese-based wine from the Ghio family. In their pursuit to explore the full potential of the Cortese vineyards at their estate in Novi Ligure, they have crafted a limited-edition Gavi Riserva to complement their standard Gavi (2023 vintage) and the Gavi 11, a single-vineyard selection. The entire winemaking process takes place in stainless steel, with the wine resting on its lees for two years before undergoing an additional two years of bottle aging prior to release. The result is a wine of remarkable aromatic and taste complexity, showcasing the elegance and flavor profile of Cortese from this unique terroir.
