Elegant & Fragrant
A traditional wine with remarkable personality and strong territorial identity, crafted from Friulano grapes grown on ventilated hillside vineyards with marl soils of Eocene origin. After gentle pressing and brief settling without sulfur dioxide, fermentation takes place in stainless steel with pied de cuve at controlled temperature, followed by 8 months of refinement on the lees. Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, it offers fresh and fragrant aromas of passion fruit and wild field flowers, while the palate is elegant and floral with a long, refreshing acidity and a distinctive green almond finish.
About the Winery

Imagine a glass of pale pink wine, shimmering with coppery shades that catch the light like a summer sunset. Its aroma is fine and elegant, offering delicate hints of raspberry and pomegranate that unfold gracefully with each swirl.
Upon tasting, the wine delights with its fresh and savory profile, revealing a pleasant tension on the palate. An intriguing mineral note adds depth and complexity, enhancing the overall experience. This wine embodies sophistication and balance, making it a perfect companion for moments of relaxation and contemplation.About the Winery
Cantina Roccafiore
For Leonardo Baccarelli, savouring a glass of wine has always meant the measured enjoyment of a product rich in meaning. From the predilection for the South Tyrolean Schiava, able to combine finesse and levity, came the desire to replicate this sense of poise in Umbria. The project was started towards the end of the 1990s with the desire to realise a clear vision: bring to life a concept untied in its constituent components – the landscape, climate, vines, tradition – in a perspective that looked towards innovation as a bridge to the future, without falling into nostalgic temptations. The graduality in acting, devoid of uncertainties, has forged a business model upheld by sustainability and the development of the territory.

Intense & Harmonious
The 2015 Paolo Bea 'Rosso de Véo' is a distinguished Umbria IGT red wine made predominantly from Sagrantino (65%), with Sangiovese (25%) and Montepulciano (10%). Sourced from the Cerrete vineyard at 400–430 meters above sea level in Montefalco, this wine is crafted with organic practices and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with a 36-day maceration. Aged for 20 months in stainless steel vats, 10 months in large oak casks, and 30 months in bottle, it is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur. The result is a dense ruby red wine with complex aromas of dark fruit, exotic spices, and leather, and a round, harmonious palate with soft tannins. A true expression of Montefalco’s unique terroir, it reflects Paolo Bea’s commitment to natural winemaking.
About the Winery
Paolo Bea
The Bea family of Montefalco embodies a centuries-old philosophy of living and working in harmony with nature. Deeply rooted in their land and traditions, they produce natural wines without synthetic chemicals or forced stabilization, allowing the true character of each vintage and terroir to shine through. Led by Giampiero Bea and supported by his family, their work reflects a profound respect for biodiversity, cultural heritage, and the rhythms of the earth. Every step of the process—from vineyard to bottle—is carried out with patience and care, guided by observation, lunar cycles, and ancestral knowledge. Their wines are not the result of industrial standardization, but rather of thoughtful agriculture that seeks balance between human hands and natural forces. The result is honest, healthy, expressive wines that speak of place, time, and tradition.

Bright & Complex
For every vintage of Vigna Vecchia the family sets aside exactly 1,330 bottles in their cellar to age and release in September of the fifth year after harvest. This particular 2015 vintage is a product of the 2009 harvest season. This wine is made from the oldest vines of the entire vineyards, which are around 60 years old and have a higher density of growth then the younger vines. This wine is derived from just three plots that sit upon the Valdivilla Hills, which cover a hectare of land. This being the most coveted and complex wine in the family, it makes sense that this hectare of land is dominant with limestone soils and the perfect south exposure to the sun, both contributing to the wines signature freshness and minerality.

Nuanced & Soft
This pecorino is aromatic and bright. It is so soft and elegant while being complex with an array of nuances. White peach, melon, and subtle saltiness are the main umbrella of notes. This wine is perfectly medium bodied with medium acidity. During the vinification process, the skins are very carefully removed to avoid maceration. This white can be paired like a red wine due to its rich texture and structure. Play around with roast chicken, lamb, Italian sausage, ripe cheeses and charcuterie.

Elegant & Vibrant
The 2019 Aequitas Vineyard Chardonnay Sonoma Coast (Larson Vineyard) is medium golden in the glass; the bouquet offers aromas of melon, citrus blossom, a light hint of warm butter, and bruised apple. The aromatics are elegant. The palate is richly flavored and shows varietal characteristics rather than being masked by oak or by buttery characteristics. It offers flavors of apple, key lime, a mandarin note, and a hint of hazelnut on the finish. Its texture is rounded but not creamy. The finish is bright, lively, and long-lasting; this is a very food-friendly Chardonnay.
