Refined & Elegant
This cognac, crafted exclusively from Petite and Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged a minimum of 18 years, begins its maturation in new barrels to retain natural aromatics before continuing in older casks within humid cellars, enhancing roundness and deepening rancio notes. A blend of eaux-de-vie with and without lees, it is naturally reduced to 40% ABV to preserve purity and maximize aromatic expression. On the nose, it reveals black pepper, vanilla, and subtle floral-spicy notes. The palate is silky, with sweet bitterness, dark caramel, and almond, leading to a long, refined finish. Free from additives, sugar, or caramel, it undergoes only minimal filtration to maintain its integrity.
