The 2019 Le Cirque Cabernet is a big rich, fully loaded, dense wine exhibiting dark blackberry and black currant notes with a complex structure. There are significant tannins, yet they’re soft and velvety with an immense creamy, toasty, vanilla mouth feel; you simply can’t help going back for another sip. From the nose to the exquisite finish, this beautiful dark wine lingers long on the palate.
