Venerable & Luscious
Marking a century of heritage, Maison AUDRY unveils Collection 78 — a rare, single cask cognac from 100% Grande Champagne. Distilled in 1978 and bottled at its natural cask strength of 49.4%, this limited edition release features just 288 numbered decanters. It opens with notes of candied fruits, apricot, and fig, evolving into mango compote, apple, custard, and orange blossom. The palate is silky and naturally sweet, with ripe fruit, light tannins, and a delicate toasted finish. A venerable cognac, elegantly preserved with freshness and finesse.
