Crisp & Aromatic
This Chablis is a 100% Chardonnay from Beaune, Burgundy, made from vines aged 35 to 80 years. With a pale, brilliant color, it offers a soft, round mouthfeel with citrus and mineral notes. The intense nose reveals yellow fruits, blackcurrant, violet, and honeysuckle. Best served at 10-12°C, it’s a dry, fruity, and mineral wine, ideal for seafood, appetizers, or casual meals. It reflects the true character of Chablis and has a 3-5 year aging potential.
