A Barolo born from Domenico’s desire for new adventures, he was nicknamed the " wild aeroplane " by his father. In 2006, he ventured from Monforte into the new territory of Serralunga d’Alba, producing this distinctive Barolo from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the area. Elegant and intense, it shows a transparent ruby-red colour and a complex bouquet of violet, rose, blueberries, raspberries and delicate spices. Balanced and persistent on the palate, it pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses and offers excellent aging potential. The wine is presented in a distinctive wooden package featuring six different labels representing the Aeroplan Servaj.
