Named after one of the mythical Dioscuri, whose ancient temple ruins are a local treasure, this 100% Nero Buono wine stands out with its deep ruby red color and purple highlights. With an intense, fragrant nose of red fruits and a harmonious, delicately fruity palate, Pollùce offers an elegant complexity that pairs beautifully with flavorful dishes. Best enjoyed 2-3 years after its vintage at a serving temperature of 16-18°C, it’s a wine of strong personality and rich tradition.
