Complex & Bright
The Friulano grape is indigenous to Friuli and was one of the first made by Mario Schiopetto, as the first production of this Friulano was 1965. This is a full-bodied white with a savory characteristic that is versatile with pairings and has a signature high acidity. Fermentation is in stainless steel for 10-12 days then aged 8 months then aged in moves to its final stage in bottle for a minimum of 5 months. Notes of almond, apricot, and pear dominate the palate while the nose is blossomed with herbaceousness, seaweed and grapefruit. Pair this with anything from cured meats, vongole pasta, game and chicken - this is a white to be served with your mains.

The wine was blended from the furmint wines of four vineyards. Thanks to the careful grape procession and winemaking, the fruity aromas of the grape variety are appearing nicely in the wine. Refreshing nose with aromas of pear, green apple and citruses. On palate it is nice to drink with a fine aftertaste, present minerality and crisp, vibrating acidity.

Robust & Spicy
The 2021 vintage offers exceptional depth and intensity. Gap’s Crown Vineyard grapes matured at an even pace allowing us to pick each block at optimal maturity. We fermented the entire 828 block 100% whole cluster, adding verve and spice notes to the finished blend. Flavours are robust with aromas of dark berry and cherry with hints of baking spice. Gap’s Crown is a premier vineyard, sitting at a windy 800 feet with distinctive volcanic soils. Much of the wine’s intensity derives from vine stress caused by the site’s steep slopes and rocky soils.
About the Winery
Sojourn Cellars
In 2001, Sojourn Cellars began as a collaboration between two friends–Craig Haserot and Erich Bradley who decided to produce small batches of Cabernet Sauvignon, to sell to friends and family. Over the next ten years they grew to produce 21 unique wines, earning critical acclaim, and establishing customers worldwide. What began as a personal journey has evolved into a first-class boutique winery that crafts high-quality artisan Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.

Mineral & Complex
A complex and refined Pinot Noir in the collection, due to special rocks that lay at the bed of the vines. They have almost a bubble like structure that crystallizes around the bed of the vines which creates a mineral sanctuary with dominate blue and red fruit. The balance of savoury and sweet notes on both the nose and palate include, cherry pie, black tea, dried spices, and river stones will leave you in awe of this work of art.
About the Winery
Rose and Arrow
Rose & Arrow Estate produces undeniably one of the most prestigious and spectacular Pinot Noirs from the extraordinary hillsides of Willamette Valley, Oregon. The name was designed on the belief that great wines make us appreciate the harmony of opposites: acid/sweet, simple/complex, solid rock/sprouting vine. The latter is where their story begins, as every wine is ignited by unique tensions in the rock of its origin.

This wine is elegant and dynamic, with complex aromas of cherry, prune, vanilla, walnut husk, and sweet spices. The 2008 vintage was recognized as one of Italy’s Top 100 Wines by the Guida Critica Galosa in 2012. Named after the hilly vineyard terrain where the grapes are harvested, Gobbo has been the flagship wine of Peri Bigogno since 1946, and remains one of their most cherished reds.
About the Winery
Peri Bigogno
Peri Bigogno, a family of winemakers since 1946, traces its roots to the Castenedolo hill, nestled between the city of Brescia and Lake Garda, where the passion for viticulture has thrived for centuries. For over seventy years, the Peri family has worked to preserve the winemaking traditions of their region. In 1972, Mario and Maria pioneered the creation of "Gobbo," a blend of the best red grapes, followed by the first harvest of Chardonnay in 1980, dedicated to producing Castenedolo’s first “Champennoise” sparkling wine. Today, their son Andrea and his wife Francesca continue the legacy, sharing their wines both in Italy and internationally.

Elegant & Aromatic
Distilled from the marc of Roero Arneis grapes grown on the left bank of the Tanaro River, this grappa offers a fresh and elegant expression of the Arneis varietal. Its transparent, pale yellow color with golden reflections hints at the subtle aging process—just 3 to 4 months in old Piedmontese casks made of mixed woods, which gently enhance its structure while preserving the wine’s original aromatic profile. On the nose, it is delicately fragrant, with notes of white fruits, fresh peach, pear, and a touch of pineapple, all lifted by a slightly aromatic nuance. The palate is dry yet full-bodied, with an intense and refined character, offering herbal undertones and a clean, persistent finish. Best enjoyed at a tasting temperature of 12–14°C, this grappa is a perfect balance of freshness, finesse, and complexity.
