Elegant & Complex

This traditional Reserve Grappa is crafted from freshly pressed marc of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Barbera grapes grown in DOC and DOCG vineyards across Neive, Barbaresco, Trezzo, Treiso, and Alba. Following a century-old recipe by Serafino Levi, it is aged for a minimum of six years in small barrels made of various woods, carefully stored at constant temperature and humidity. Bottled pure with no added sugar, colorants, or caramel, it offers rich herbal and woody aromas, a dry, full-bodied palate, and a long, elegant finish. Certified by our Master Distiller, this grappa is a timeless tribute to authentic artisanal tradition.

About the Winery

Distilleria Romano Levi

The Romano Levi Distillery is a small, artisanal distillery located in Neive, in the heart of the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy. It is famous worldwide for producing high-quality, traditional grappa using an ancient direct-fire copper alembic still—one of the last still in use today. The distillery is known not only for the purity and craftsmanship of its spirits but also for the unique, hand-drawn labels featuring the “Wild Woman” figure, created by Romano Levi himself. Today, it is considered both a working museum and a symbol of Italian heritage, officially recognized as a “Place of Memory and Tradition” by the Consorzio of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato.
