Delicate and Mineral
The Rolly Gassmann Pinot Noir de Rorschwihr is an elegant and distinctive expression of Pinot Noir in Alsace. Pale ruby in color with remarkable clarity, it reveals subtle aromas of minerality, gentle tannins, and faint red fruit. On the palate, it is light, dry, and refreshingly acidic, with a refined mineral-driven character that lingers delicately. Best enjoyed alongside light starters such as carpaccio or fresh salads, this wine offers a refined and refreshing sip that beautifully complements subtle flavors.
About the Winery
Rolly Gassmann
Domaine Rolly Gassmann is a family-run estate of independent winegrowers and harvesters based in the heart of Alsace, in the village of Rorschwihr. With deep respect for nature and a philosophy rooted in biodynamic principles, the estate cultivates 51 hectares of vineyards using natural infusions and follows cosmic rhythms to preserve the purity of the fruit. Each plot is harvested by hand and vinified separately with native yeasts, allowing the terroir and vintage to fully express themselves. Their wines are aged extensively in the cellar before release, resulting in complex, balanced wines with exceptional aging potential—many maturing gracefully for decades.

Fresh and precise, it pairs beautifully with carpaccio, charcuterie, or delicate salads, offering a graceful and refreshing alternative to fuller-bodied Pinot Noirs.

This wine is a very sophisticated fuller body white that fully exhibits the finesse and world-renowned southern Burgundy Chardonnay!
About the Winery
Domaine Corsin
At the Corsin Domain, there is more than a century of genuine passion for the white wines of Burgundy, which is present at each stage of the vinification, resulting in the production of wines belonging to the most famous Burgundy appellations. Today, the frequent inspections, the methodical analyses, and the comparison of data make it possible to fix the right day to launch the harvest.

The estate’s Riesling is both opulent and racy, showcasing vibrant notes of honeyed citrus, ripe peach, yellow plum, and a strong mineral core. A touch of residual sweetness is perfectly balanced by lively acidity, giving the wine lift and precision.
