Herbal & Balanced
A classic Italian amaro, Paesani Amaro Gran Sasso is crafted from a carefully selected blend of over 20 herbs, including Gentian, Cinchona, Rhubarb, orange, and other botanicals from a traditional secret recipe. Special infusion methods extract the full flavor and aromatic profile of these natural ingredients, creating a complex and harmonious liqueur.
On the nose, it reveals herbal, slightly bitter, and citrusy aromas. The palate is smooth yet robust, with layers of bitterness balanced by subtle sweetness and a long, lingering finish. Perfect as a digestif, it can be enjoyed neat or over ice, embodying the authentic spirit of Abruzzo’s artisanal craftsmanship.
About the Winery
Paesani Liquori
Run by the Paesani family since 1961, this artisanal fabbrica in Collevecchio, Abruzzo, produces hand-crafted amari and liqueurs that reflect the region’s rich traditions. Overlooking the Gran Sasso d’Italia, the highest peak in the Apennines, the family continues to source fruits, herbs, and botanicals—whether cultivated or foraged—to create a lineup that balances authenticity with a refined, contemporary style. Their flagship, Amaro Gran Sasso, features an infusion of more than 20 botanicals, alongside other specialties such as Genziana, Ratafía, and Liquirizia.

Rich & Aromatic
Intense, ruby red colour. It fills your nostrils with sensations of cherry preserve, caramelised blackberries, and a potpourri of rose petals and dried violets. Balsamic hints of resin and musk, and spicy ones of cloves, cinnamon, and star anise complete the bouquet. At first it is powerful and warming on the palate, but the sensation of high alcohol is immediately counterbalanced by a juicy freshness and nice tanginess, which, alongside quite evident tannins, give the taste vigour and energy. Delicious hints of cherries and berries preserved in alcohol make the long finish particularly pleasing.
About the Winery
Benazzoli
Located in the rolling hills along the south eastern shore of Lake Garda, Benazzoli is the story of four generations of dedication and passion. Specializing in the production of Bardolino and Chiaretto, the family’s wine growing has organically evolved since the winery was first opened by Fulvio Benazzoli and his father Vittorio in 1975 and since the Benazzoli sisters took over the helm in 2006, the portfolio of wines beautifully expanded.

Rich & Intense
This wine encompasses luxurious tradition - this is undoubtedly a collector’s item. This special wine is produced manually from beginning to end. All harvesting is manual on trays then drying and racking in the appassimento method. The grapes come from vines that are 80 years old and hand numbered bottles with unique labels by Niko Kherkeladze for each bottle produced. As you allow this wine to open you will see it blossom into a varying experience leaving each sip to discover something new. There are very few bottles of this wine created each year, this is a rare opportunity to add to your collection. This incredible wine can be aged over 20 years in bottle adding complexities each year it rests. You will find deep nuances of wild berry and chocolate, stewed plums, vanilla bean along with deep woody notes, coffee beans and earth. A true work of art.

Creamy & Complex
The grapes for this white wine are all hand-picked at harvest and then meticulously stored in a cold storage for 24 hours. Utilizing cool temperate control before fermentation is a signature of Torre de Palma and this creates a crystal-like texture of minerality. This elegant and sophisticated white wine is stored in oak barrels from Burgundy giving it a nice toasty brioche nuance. Other notes on this wine are beeswax, roasted hazelnuts, grapefruit, honeydew, saline and nectarine.
About the Winery
Torre De Palma
Torre de Palma winery offers a truly unique experience as it’s situated within a boutique hotel at the heart of the Alto Alentejo wine region, more specifically in Monforte, Portalegre. The main aim was to build a traditional winery with its small marbled (marble from the region) wine-presses, where the grapes are trodden and the red ones fermented. One can also find refrigerated cement deposits. Torre de Palma wines respect the terroir in which they have grown and are mostly handcrafted and separated into small lots.

Elegant & Expressive
Art Audry VSOP Cognac is a refined expression of the Audry family’s heritage, crafted from 100% Ugni Blanc and aged 6 to 7 years in oak barrels. This elegant VSOP stands out with its luminous golden hue and a delicate nose of melted wood, vanilla, and dried fruits like apricot, almond, and hazelnut. On the palate, subtle floral and fruity notes unfold with finesse, leading to a long, graceful finish marked by the elegance of Petite Champagne and the fruitiness of Fins Bois. A tribute to bold creativity, this cognac is as versatile as it is expressive—perfect neat, on ice, or in daring cocktails. Powerful & Elegant
The most famous of the bunch, this Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is know worldwide. In only its 12th vintage from a single vineyard laden in rocky soils, it is one of the best vintages to date. On both the nose and palate, there are notes of wild strawberry, roasted chestnut, creme de cassis and clove. This wine is the epitome of Napa excellence with a soft yet powerful finish.

Fruity & Refreshing
This beautiful sparkling is a newer creation that has been in production since 2004. The vines used range from 20 to 35 years old and are harvested by hand in late September. The vinification is a very specific process that occurs over 60 days in pressurized steel autoclaves. This creates a very refreshing wine with elegant perfumes. Dominant notes of elderflower, musk, and peach with a distinctive finish of lemon and sage. This is the ideal charcuterie wine, and is perfectly paired with seasonal fresh fruit, artisanal salami, and aged cheese.

Refined and Pristine
100 Points, Stephan Reinhardt, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2020 Riesling Erdener Prälat Auslese *** (White Capsule) is super impressive on the deep and pure, highly concentrated, slightly minty and layered nose, with iodine, flint and very elegant slate aromas with ripe and lush stone fruit. Crystalline, refined and pristine on the palate, this is a powerful but even more energetic and tensioned Prälat with zesty lemon bitters on the enormously complex and sustainable finish that reveals very fine oak tannins. The Prälat is bone dry due to its spectacular sugar-free extract.
About the Winery
Markus Molitor
“We give each wine the time it needs to reach perfection.”
M A R K U S M O L I T O RMarkus Molitor vineyards are located from Brauneberg to Traben-Trarbach and since 2001 also in the Saar Valley. The variety of slate soils and micro-climates allows us to vinify numerous facets of Mosel wines. Molitor wines are literally rooted in their slate soils. Deliberately sensitive and restrained vineyard management, low yields, and late harvest of physiologically ripe grapes make for a matchless wealth of flavor extracts.
