La Coppia means "The Couple". The nose is bright and buoyant, with aromas of bing cherry and mandarin blossom, as well as more textured notes of clay pot and tilled soil for balance. The palate is juicy and salty, but tightly wound tannins draw clear contours that keep things organized.
