From a single vineyard for Barolo, in Bricco San Pietro, the 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo Capismee is a pure expression of Nebbiolo aged only in stainless steel. A pale ruby, with a soft rose perfume, strawberry preserve, and herbes de Provence, it is fresh and charming on the palate, with super-fine tannins, ripe berries, and floral notes lingering on the finish. Its playful style casts a large net for drinking over the next several years and can be paired with non-traditional pairings such as fish or can be served with a light chill over the spring and summer months.

Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta vines that are over 60 years old are used to make Valpolicella Superiore Falezze DOC: the SW-NE aspect and calcareous soils, well drained and rich in gravel, give the mouth and nose distinct perceptions of forest fruits, wild strawberries and whortleberries, sour cherries and ripe morello cherries. The grapes are harvested in September-October and subjected to short natural appassimento drying. After fermentation, ageing in French oak tonneaux. On the palate the wine is well structured and supple, with the minerality typical of the Falezze estate, and a persistence in the mouth that calls for another sip. To be enjoyed alone or with an ample range of pairings. Bottled in Bordeaux bottles, numbered by hand, with one-piece natural cork.

The Friuli Colli Orientali Refosco di Volpe Pasini was born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.
It is produced exclusively with Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic characteristics.
Refosco di Volpe Pasini is characterized by a ruby red colour. The nose opens with aromas of red fruit, blackberry and undergrowth. On the palate it is dry and fresh, slightly tannic and with good persistence.About the Winery

Intense, ruby red colour. It fills your nostrils with sensations of cherry preserve, caramelized blackberries, and a potpourri of rose petals and dried violets. Balsamic hints of resin and musk, and spicy ones of cloves, cinnamon, and star anise complete the bouquet. At first it is powerful and warming on the palate, but the sensation of high alcohol is immediately counterbalanced by a juicy freshness and nice tanginess which, alongside quite evident tannins, give the taste vigour and energy. Delicious hints of cherries and berries preserved in alcohol make the long finish particularly pleasing.
