Bold & Structured
Crafted with reverence for both tradition and faith, this kosher Brunello di Montalcino from Tenuta Tassi is the result of meticulous winemaking under rabbinical supervision. The process begins with a thorough sterilization of all winemaking equipment using boiling water—a requirement of kosher certification. From fermentation to racking, every stage is handled exclusively by observant Jews, with a supervising rabbi ensuring adherence to kosher laws. This 2018 vintage showcases the purity of Sangiovese, offering aromas of red cherry, baking spice, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with firm tannins and a long, savory finish. Certified kosher in both Italy and the United States, it is a rare expression of Brunello that unites spiritual care with Tuscan excellence.

Rich and Earthy
Nose of black currant, with touches of carob and toasted dried fruit, with a nice trace of gardenia at the end. The mouthfeel has density and tension, with brackish tannins and the return of undergrowth and small fruits of undergrowth.
About the Winery
Capanna
The Capanna farm, owned by the Cencioni family since 1957, is situated in the Montosoli area, to the north of Montalcino. It was founded by Giuseppe Cencioni and, helped by his sons Benito and Franco, it was one of the first farms of the modern period of Brunello. They started bottling their own wines in the 1960's and after Brunello di Montalcino was granted DOC status in 1966, Giuseppe was one of the 25 founders of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino.

Crisp & Lively
We are pleased to announce the latest addition to the Sojourn portfolio, the inaugural release of the Brut Sparkling wine. This Brut (dry) wine was produced via Méthode Champenoise, the traditional method by which Champagne is made, in which the wine is fermented a second time in bottle. This secondary fermentation creates the delightful effervescence we so closely associate with celebration. The crafted this wine with merriment in mind. It offers aromas of crisp yellow apple, ripe pear and toasted brioche, alongside a luscious palate with flavors of lively lemon, panna cotta, soft spice and a fine mousse.
About the Winery
Sojourn Cellars
In 2001, Sojourn Cellars began as a collaboration between two friends–Craig Haserot and Erich Bradley who decided to produce small batches of Cabernet Sauvignon, to sell to friends and family. Over the next ten years they grew to produce 21 unique wines, earning critical acclaim, and establishing customers worldwide. What began as a personal journey has evolved into a first-class boutique winery that crafts high-quality artisan Pinot noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.

Herbal & Juicy
This red in the Volpe Pasini family has the most savoury notes due to the contribution of the Cabernet Franc. The elegant herbaceousness meets a refined and elegant bold tannin, leaving us with a very complex, full-bodied wine that is an endless discovery. While its young, we have tight structured tannins and is ruby red in colour. With age it stays bold but becomes velvety and elegant turning almost amber in colour. This wine is intentionally prolonged in the maceration process to accentuate the juicy and savoury complexity qualities.
About the Winery

Pleasant golden color. The predominantly mineral bouquet is combined with floral (white flowers) and fruity (citrus) notes. The attack in mouth is tracing, it offers precision and tension in a successful balance between vivacity and volume. The limestone finish is a long-lasting accompaniment to this wine. Nice chiselled finish, very refreshing.

Gold color with silver highlights. Predominantly floral nose with pleasant freshness and mineral complexity. Opulent, dense attack. The mid-palate is saline, providing a lovely relief. The white-fleshed fruit finish is carried by a fine structure and lovely freshness. A wine combining power, elegance and dynamism, with a long, saline, iodized finish.

Buttery & Complex
This incredible blend of varietals are hand-picked one by one at their optimal maturity, a signature of this style of Chavost’s cuvée wines. Low intervention is the inspiration. This means, no added sulphites, done without enzymes, tannin or coal, and fermentation is reliant on indigenous yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation that is naturally-occuring. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, which elegantly exacerbates the mineral content of the wine from the clay-limestone terroir. This wine is a standout, and any champagne fan must experience this bottle.

Complex & Fresh
This natural cuvée grows in idyllic clay-limestone soil that is organically sourced. This ideology combined with manual harvesting at optimal maturity creates this incredibly persistent and lengthy experience. Notes are complex and range from stewed red fruit, white flowers, pear and yellow apple. Waves of earthiness match the fruit on the palate and nose with a surprising amount of body.
