Adicciōn Tequila offers unique, premium quality with the highest quality blue agaves harvested by local artisans in Mexico. Aged for 10 months in French white oak barrels and is made from 5-year-old blue weber agave plants. You will find notes of vanilla, caramel, and cooked agave on the nose. On the palate, an elegant, soft, and sweet texture with notes of oak, honey, and cooked agave.

Eight-year-old, 100% blue agave, aged 11 months in a blend of American and French oak barrels, 40% ABV. Visually, it is crystalline with a warm golden-yellow color, highlighted by silver and golden hues and a full-bodied presence. The aroma is rich and expressive, featuring honey, delicate citrus notes like crystallized orange, preserved fruits such as cherry and peach, and the sweet, cooked agave complemented by caramel, vanilla, and almond nuances from barrel aging. On the palate, it is silky and smooth, with layers of preserved fruit, caramel, and vanilla flavors, finishing with a soft, sweet, and lingering aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with pasta or a grilled steak.

This limited edition Single Barrel Extra Añejo Tequila was created only for Con-nois-seur Wine Imports in the Ontario market. Only 282 bottles were made and numbered.
The Extra Añejo Tequila rests 45 months in Napa Valley barrels. The barrel is hand-selected and obtains a unique individual flavour. On the nose, a multitude of fruity aromas and toasted oak. On the palate, exquisite sweetness is amplified with a long finish.

The Añejo is aged in oak, which is the most dominant profile on the nose and palate along with wonderful stewed fruits and nutmeg. The initial first sip will showcase the sweet cooked agave and ripe red cherry with toasted notes. Medium viscosity with a really unique note in this tequila and hints of earth with compliments of the fruitiness. A well balanced combo that has a very long lasting, smooth finish.

Smooth & Smokey
Very intriguing nose, with citrus, vanilla, mint and spiciness. Smoke is the predominant note with a light medicinal aroma of eucalyptus. More pronounced smoke on the palette with hints of white pepper and light bitterness. A medium bodied mouth feel, possessing some sweet agave undercurrents and anise on the finish. The smoky, minty notes remain constant throughout.
