Elegant & Complex
Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta vines that are over 60 years old are used to make Valpolicella Superiore Falezze DOC: the SW-NE aspect and calcareous soils, well drained and rich in gravel, give the mouth and nose distinct perceptions of forest fruits, wild strawberries and whortleberries, sour cherries and ripe morello cherries. The grapes are harvested in September-October and subjected to short natural appassimento drying. After fermentation, ageing in French oak tonneaux. On the palate the wine is well structured and supple, with the minerality typical of the Falezze estate, and a persistence in the mouth that calls for another sip. To be enjoyed alone or with an ample range of pairings. Bottled in Bordeaux bottles, numbered by hand, with one-piece natural cork.

Refined & Expressive
The complex and exquisitely elegant character of this Valpolicella represents an extremely authentic expression of a wine from high hillside vineyards. On the palate, it recalls all the fresh, balm-like sensations of the hills from which it comes, nicely sustained by gentle, rounded tannins.

Bold & Strong
This red wine was the first ever creation by the iconic Domenico Clerico. This wine is very decorated over its long-standing reign, the epitome of what a world-class Dolcetto should be. Decadent notes of plum, stewed blackberries, cocoa and black pepper. The finish is long and bold with strong tannin structure. Due to its ageing in stainless steel, you are met with a vibrant minerality that cuts the richness perfectly with its tartness.
About the Winery
Domenico Clerico
Located at the heart of Barolo in Monforte d’Alba, the Domenico Clerico estate has been making iconic wines since 1976, when the eponymous young winemaker took the reins. Beginning with just a small 4-hectare farm inherited from his father, Domenico sought out the best undiscovered plots in Barolo, thus pioneering the idea of single cru wines.

Complex & Unique
This one-of-a-kind wine is created by adding wildflower honey that is harvested at the winery to the fermentation process. The bacterias that promote alcoholic fermentation have a frenzy with the honey, and Essentia is born. Deep intensity and complexity are met with minerality and a soft finish. Meant to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Rich & Juicy
These are the best Merlot grapes selected only from vineyards of Prepotto. The palate is round and velvety with nuances of black cherry and blackberry. The ruby red colour of this Merlot looks as juicy as it is. Warm spices and licorice are on the nose which are developed through the aging process in new barrique.

Crisp & Zesty
Aromas of crushed oyster shells with a squeeze of lemon juice leap out of the glass of this lifted and fresh white wine while notes of lemon verbena and grapefruit zest follow as the wine opens. Crunchy acidity greets the palate as mixed citrus flavors yield to a salty and mineral finish.

Delicate & Elegant
Mario Schiopetto is the flagship white wine of the Schiopetto winery, first produced in 2015, and embodies the winery's philosophy of elegance and harmony. A blend of Friulano and a small portion of Riesling, this wine has a straw yellow color with golden hues, and after 9 months of aging in stainless steel followed by 6 months in bottle, it develops a delicate bouquet of citrus, apple, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is sapid and mineral, with a lightly salty, well-balanced finish. It pairs beautifully with pasta, fish, or white meat dishes.
A special edition of the wine is available in a wooden box, offering a vertical tasting of the 2016, 2017, and 2018 vintages.

This unique blend of the oldest vines of the Friulano grape on the property that were planted in 1954 with Riesling grapes that reside on a pristine south-facing side of the property. This full-bodied white is considered top of the line within the famous whites of Mario Schiopetto. A rich mouthfeel is accompanied with notes of custard, sweet almond, pear and quince. This show stopping white is juxtaposed with a delicate nose and strong palate that finishes with a beautifully strong minerality.
