Floral & Crisp
Rafè’s pale straw-yellow hue reveals to the attentive eye intriguing greenish highlights. Pronounced floral notes predominate among its complex aromas, followed by delicious, fresh acidity that is nicely complemented by a subtable fruity finish.
Served well chilled, it is delicious with fish dishes and light risottos, as well as with full-flavoured cured prosciutto.About the Winery

Vibrant & Earthy
The Friuli Colli Orientali Refosco di Volpe Pasini was born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.
It is produced exclusively with Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic characteristics.
Refosco di Volpe Pasini is characterized by a ruby red colour. The nose opens with aromas of red fruit, blackberry and undergrowth. On the palate it is dry and fresh, slightly tannic and with good persistence.About the Winery
Volpe Pasini
Built at the end of the sixteenth century, Volpe Pasini is one of the oldest and most renowned wineries in North East Italy, in the heart of the DOC zone of the Colli Orientali of Friuli. Led by a true star of Italian winemaking, Lorenzo Landi, Volpe Pasini’s production philosophy can be condensed into three key words: Originality (provided by the land, unequaled and exclusive), Longevity, and Pleasantness.

Fresh & Spicy
Rivarossa stands for the name of the cadastral parcel that resides on the property, this ruby-coloured red was first produced in 1968. Every single grape that goes into the Rivarossa is manually harvested, destemmed, and fermented separately. The soil of Rivarossa is predominantly clay, and each vintage produced has a unique fermentation and refinement period, unique to the phenolic conditions of the grapes in each vintage. Notes of blackberry, licorice, tobacco, and black pepper complement the velvety mouthfeel. Malolactic fermentation is the culprit for the incredible mouthfeel, then ageing in oak barrels for 14 months that gives it a nice toasty warmth on the finish.
