They have almost a bubble like structure that crystallizes around the bed of the vines which creates a mineral sanctuary with dominate blue and red fruit. The balance of savoury and sweet notes on both the nose and palate include, cherry pie, black tea, dried spices, and river stones will leave you in awe of this work of art.
