Zerillo Jam preserves our local bounty from Ontario’s fruit fields and orchards so that it can be enjoyed year-round. Jams are handcrafted on a small farm in Red Bay, on the Bruce Peninsula. The small-scale, artisanal production allows for complete control over the quality and quantity of ingredients. Cooking is timed perfectly to hold all of the fruit juices together. Small-batch cooking also hastens the evaporation of water, which reduces the required cooking time, preserving the quality and flavour of the fruit.

Taste and aroma are intense, with just the perfect amount of sweetness as there are no artificial flavours or colours.
