Description

The 1850 Dark Balsamic Dressing contains Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes originating from the vineyards of the Malpighi family and then aged at least 8 years in precious oak wood barrels. Soft, full-bodied and suitable for many uses in kitchen.

This dark dressing has a clear appearance, a deep dark brown colour, a soft, intense and incisive fragrance, a dense, velvety and full flavour, and a density rating of 1.34.
